An avid catch and release fly fisherman, fly designer and tier, Lynn has spent over 56 years pursuing Trout, Salmon, Steelhead and Smallmouth Bass. Lynn specializes in designing and tying streamers and nymphs for these fish. He prefers wading the streams but also wades the lake flats in early spring and late fall. During his 13 years in the US Navy, Lynn had the opportunity to fish the Trout and Atlantic Salmon streams of Iceland, the coastal streams of Washington State for Pacific Salmon and Steelhead and numerous other exotic locations around the world. Hi, My name is Bill LaVigne and I live in Fort Wayne, And I love to fish! I’ve fished since I can remember which is back when I was about 5 or 6 years old and lived in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Up there TROUT is king and that’s all I knew existed till moving to Indiana at the age of 10. Since then I fish for everything. I still love to fish for trout and spend most of the summer concentrating on them in our lakes in Northern Indiana. 2012 will be my sixth year as the Membership Secretary for NEITA. I am lucky enough to be involved in the outdoor, more specifically the fishing business, for the past 33 years. Myo Win is NEITA board member and
webmaster of NEITA website www.indianatrout.com . He came to US in December of 2002 and became US citizen in October of 2007. He is from Burma and married to Jeanette Win who he shares proud parenthood for two young children Jack & Sidney. He has enjoys fishing most of the time with his Dad-in law Lynn Burry who introduces him the art of fly fishing.
